Refund policy

All Over Couture accepts returns for any reason within 15 days from the delivery date of the order. The direct costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer.

A return request can be made by following the procedure described here:

Send an email to info@allovercouture.com indicating your name, order number, and reason for the return.

Place the product in the original box, ensuring it is in its original condition, and send it to the following address: All Over Couture, Via Crema 17 - 20135, Milan.

All Over Couture will process the refund within 5 working days after receiving the return and verifying the product's condition.

All Over Couture conducts a quality check on all goods to prevent customers from receiving defective products. Despite this, if the customer finds the product to be non-compliant, they are invited to report it promptly, no later than 24 hours after receiving the order, by sending an email to info@allovercouture.com with an attached image proving the defect. Upon confirmation, All Over Couture will bear all costs associated with replacing the product or will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
